As hiring increasingly relies on complex assessments, technology, and expanded screening processes, even highly experienced leaders may enter pivotal career transitions with little understanding of what is being evaluated or how to prepare. We believe that gap matters and healthcare leaders deserve greater clarity.

Our Mission

Healthcare leaders are asked to make consequential decisions every day. They carry responsibility for patients, teams, operations, culture, and the future of healthcare itself. Yet when it comes to advancing their own careers, they are often expected to navigate increasingly complex hiring, assessment, and leadership expectations with very little visibility into how they are being evaluated or how to prepare.

Ascend exists to change that.

We prepare leaders not only for the next interview, assessment, or opportunity, but for the broader responsibilities of leadership they are growing toward.
